How long will it take for my carpet to dry?
Usually 1 - 2 hours maximum drying time.
Please explain your method for carpet cleaning
White bonnet rotation as soils transfer from carpet onto bonnets. All equipment is inside the home, doors are closed. Continue to rotate white bonnets until their is zero transfer of soil from carpet to bonnets.

Yes. We review the work before we start and apply my guarantee specific to your job.
Who moves the furniture before the carpet cleaning starts?
Homeowner is to move the small, fragile and breakable items such as collectibles, lamps, vases, and valuable items. Mike's Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning will handle the larger funiture such as chairs, love seats, and sofas. If you have a china cabinet or curio cabinet, they must be empty and Mike's Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning can move the empty cabinets.
Are your chemicals or cleaning supplies safe for children and pets?
Yes, we use professional name brand biodegradable and non allergenic cleaning supplies.
Do you offer a written estimate?
Yes, I offer a FREE written estimate.
How can I protect my carpet from spills and accidents etc.?
We apply a protective agent during the cleaning process. Carpets are cleaned and a soil guard is left behind to add future protection against spills or accidents.
I may have flees in my carpet, will your cleaning service kill them?
No. If you have flees or bugs in your carpet they must be killed before we clean your carpets.
